This part is a tow hook cover located on the front fascia of the Model 3. Its primary function is to protect and conceal the tow hook mounting point, keeping it hidden for aesthetic purposes. Can be used only on cars built post 3/12/2018 with fascia 1084168-00-E or later, not the earlier ones.
